How does MEURMIA fit?

Where do you ship to?
We ship across Europe, to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Ukraine, Georgia, Russia, Australia, Israel, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. For other destinations, contact us at info@meurmia.com to check availability.
What are the shipping rates?
- Germany: 5€, free above 55€
- EU (incl. UK, Switzerland, Norway and select other European countries): 17.90€, free above 150€
- Georgia, Russia, Australia, Israel, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA, Canada, Mexico & Ukraine: 26.99€, free above 190€
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days. Pre-orders ship on the date stated on the product page.
- Germany: 1-2 days
- Europe: 3-5 days
- USA: around 7 days
- Rest of world: 7-14 days
We ship via Deutsche Post (DHL), with tracking and insurance included.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and all major credit cards.
How do I return my order?
Contact us at info@meurmia.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details in our Refund Policy.
For returns from Germany, we provide a prepaid label on request. For returns from outside Germany, return shipping is paid by the customer. A processing fee of up to 4.50€ applies to all returns.
Is jewelry covered by a warranty?
Yes, 2 years. If something breaks or develops a fault, we repair or replace it for a small fee, return shipping included. See our Warranty page for details.
What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders are limited drops made in small batches. Returns are only possible if something is wrong with your order. We keep you updated at every step before it reaches your door.
